TitanPayAI’s Zeeshan Shaikh Speaks at the Inaugural Generative AI Conference in Boston

Boston, MA - September 13, 2023.

Zeeshan Shaikh, co-founder of TitanPayAI, had the privilege of speaking at the first-ever Generative AI Conference in Boston, an event organized by Paul Baier. The conference brought together leading minds in AI from across the United States, offering a platform for innovative startups to showcase their AI use cases to a distinguished audience.

Zeeshan's presentation was among a select few startups chosen to present their AI use cases, which were focused on some of the most critical applications of Generative AI in the industry. The audience, eager to explore how AI could transform traditional sectors, was particularly engaged by TitanPayAI’s approach to addressing the friction and delays often encountered in cross-border payments. This issue resonated strongly with many attendees who have personally experienced such delays, making TitanPayAI’s solution both relevant and compelling.

Drawing from his extensive experience in the banking industry, Zeeshan presented a use case in which he is a subject matter expert. His deep understanding of the sector and the practical challenges it faces helped build trust with the audience, who recognized the potential impact of the solution he proposed.

A Vision for AI Integration, Not Disruption

While many at the conference were enthusiastic about AI’s potential to disrupt traditional industries, Zeeshan offered a different perspective. He emphasized the importance of augmenting existing processes rather than disrupting them. By enhancing current systems with AI, Zeeshan argued, users could more readily see the benefits and security that AI can offer. This approach, he believes, will lead to a natural alliance between those who seek change and those who advocate for positive, technology-driven progress.

Networking and Future Engagements

The conference, organized by Paul Baier, founder of Generative AI Insights consulting firm, served as an annual gathering for AI professionals and enthusiasts from Massachusetts and across the US. Zeeshan had the opportunity to meet Paul Baier in person, where they discussed Zeeshan’s strategy for reaching out to banks. Paul's advice proved invaluable in navigating these high-stakes engagements.

The event concluded with a reception hosted by Link Ventures, where John Werner shared insights into MIT’s rich history and its profound impact on the global technology landscape. The networking opportunities at the reception allowed Zeeshan to connect with entrepreneurs and industry experts who are driving innovation in AI.

Zeeshan’s participation in the inaugural Generative AI Conference has already led to an invitation to speak at the next event, scheduled for October 7–8, 2024. As the AI landscape continues to evolve, Zeeshan and TitanPayAI are poised to remain at the forefront of these developments, contributing to the ongoing dialogue about the role of AI in traditional industries.
